Intro to Lean "Light"

This 1/2 day introductory lean class teaches participants about basic lean concepts and tools.  Participants then apply these to a simulated factory (building flashlights) to remove waste and improve efficiency.  Lean 'Light' is a shortened and lighter version of Lean 101.
