A3 Problem Solving

workplacelean® A3 Problem Solving trains participants to use observation and the A3 tool to improve their everyday work processes. Through a combination of classroom time and one-on-one coaching, participants learn to apply the A3 to specific focused problems to improve their everyday work. They learn that small improvements build to bigger savings in time and money.

A3 Problem Solving session out comes include improved communication across departments and the use of a common tool and language that all in the organization can understand and use to sustain Lean implementation.

A3 Problem Solving is 15 hours of class combined with one-on-one coaching sessions over several weeks for a total of 32 hours for up to 16 participants.

Also Available: LAUNCH/A3 Problem Solving is a combination of these two modules for training work teams to achieve results more quickly. Participants learn process mapping to clarify the process then incorporate the A3 Problem Solving Tool to immediately begin to address identified problems. The course concludes with team members presenting a detailed report to senior leaders. (32-36 hours)
