5S For the Office

workplacelean© 5S for the Office trains employees to organize their workspace for functionality and productivity. During the session, participants learn 5S concepts for enhancing their workflow and techniques to sustain their improvements. Outcomes of 5S include the creation of a visual workplace and removal of physical barriers that block improved effectiveness and efficiency.

5S for the Office is an 8 hour session at the worksite for up to 16 employees at any level.
