LAUNCH

workplacelean© LAUNCH trains employees to use Lean tools to improve their own work processes by eliminating non-value added activities. Teams learn to recognize waste within their work processes, understand the importance of value from the voice of the customer and how to apply Lean principles and concepts to make improvements.

Participants will use Lean tools as they create current state and future state maps of their work processes. These maps will be used to identify areas for improvement. Outcomes for LAUNCH include teams working together to identify process improvements, developing action plans to implement improvements and participating in a "report out" to organizational leadership.

LAUNCH is designed for cross-functional teams of key personnel directly involved with the process. LAUNCH is a 12+ hour session for up to 12 employees.

Also Available: LAUNCH/A3 Problem Solving is a combination of these two modules for training work teams to achieve results more quickly. Participants learn process mapping to clarify the process then incorporate the A3 Problem Solving Tool to immediately begin to address identified problems. The course concludes with team members presenting a detailed report to senior leaders. (32-36 hours)
