PILLARS

workplacelean® PILLARS uses a structured "office at work" simulation to teach teams the importance of improving processes and information flow.  Teams learn to use Lean tools to identify and eliminate waste, solve problems and make improvements.

PILLARS participants will gain a basic understanding of Lean concepts and acquire common terminology , while learning that Lean in the office is possible.  The primary outcome for PILLARS participants is the "ah ha" moment when they realize how much waste exists in their work processes and that they can make improvements. 

PILLARS is an 8-hour session for 12 participants (minimum 8)
