LEADERSHIP
workplacelean® LEADERSHIP teaches your managers, department directors, supervisors and coaches to lead change, plan and sustain continuous improvement and manage within a Lean organization. These sessions are to help managers and supervisors to define their roles and responsibilities to insure Lean success.

LEADERSHIP may include participation in a PILLARS simulation and developing VALUE STREAM MAPs. These are key components for Identifying problem areas and selecting projects. The outcomes of LEADERSHIP are focused preparing your organizational leaders to begin, manage and sustain the Lean journey. 

Organizations may also select other skill training modules that meet their specific leadership development needs.

LEADERSHIP is a modularized 24+ hour program for groups up to 12 designed to teach tools and techniques for eliminating waste, improving quality and teamwork, and setting standards for evaluating successful implementation.
