DECISION

workplacelean® DECISION is a session designed for senior leaders to gain an understanding of Lean and to make the committment to begin their Lean journey. DECISION is a 2 to 4 hour meeting with a trainer/consultant to assess readiness for Lean, determine starting points, identify teams and projects, and begin planning for sustaining the improvements.

Senior leadership guidance and support are critical for successful implementation of workplacelean®. Outcomes of DECISION include selection of organizational implementation options and development of an initial roll-out strategy. This session should be attended by the organization's executives, CEOs, CFOs, VPs and Senior Managers.
